These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the e7bet platform and all related services. When you create an account on e7bet, access the site, or use any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

e7bet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or a ৳12,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (not on the deposit plus bonus — on the bonus amount only).

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus must be used within a specified time period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to or exchanged with another person.
• e7bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. A notice will be posted on the relevant page when changes are made.
• If an account is closed or suspended due to any rule violation, any unused bonuses will be forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

e7bet uses games from certified software providers to ensure complete fair play. All our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result independent and unbiased.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection in any game, e7bet will make every effort to settle that round as fairly as possible. "Malfunction voids all pays" — in the event of a technical fault, the related bets or winnings may be declared void.

5.3 Sports Betting

Bets may be placed on approved events in the sports betting section. If an event is cancelled or postponed for any reason before the result is announced, the stake for that bet will be refunded or settled in accordance with our sports betting rules.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

If bot usage, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity is suspected on an account, e7bet reserves the right to suspend that account immediately and void all associated winnings.

e7bet's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active participation. Cashback is credited to your account on a set day each week.

9.1 Closure by e7bet

e7bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If the account was registered using false or misleading information.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.
• If any form of fraud, bonus abuse, or dishonest conduct is proven.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• If a serious breach of these Terms occurs.

In such cases, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. If legitimate personal funds are present, a decision on returning them will be made following a review.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any remaining valid balance must be withdrawn.

The e7bet website, logo, graphics, content, software, and all other materials are the sole intellectual property of e7bet. Copying, reusing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Users are granted a limited, revocable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Game interruptions caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Service disruptions due to power outages or natural disasters.

The total liability e7bet may accept shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the period related to the dispute in question.
